Massage Services

Need a massage but don't know where to start? Our massage therapist will individually tailor your massage session to your body's requirements and your own personal preferences. Have a read of the different massage styles below to get an idea of what you'd like for your session. We also have a handful of additional options which you can add on as well. The hardest decision will be trying to decide if you go for the standard 30 or 45 minute session or if you splurge and treat yourself to a 90 minute session.

Deep Tissue -  Is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension as it breaks down scar tissue and muscle adhesions (especially after injuries), and improves range of motion.

Sport Massage - Is a form of deep soft tissue therapy combined with Shiatsu, Trigger point and Swedish Relaxation techniques which can assist and prepare any athlete to increase their muscle tone, reduce the probability of injury throughout their training and ultimately assists in increasing sports performance. Sports massage is also used as a treatment therapy for any sprains, strains and discomfort pre-event, during training and post-event helping the healing process.

Relaxation - Helps de-stress and loosen up your body. The treatment consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at your chosen pressure. Essential oils with calming and relaxing properties can be used to bring emotional balance to the body and mind. This massage technique is not designed for therapeutic effects or for dealing with chronic pain or discomfort. This is the massage to choose if you just want to chill out, and be pampered and spoiled.

Other massage styles available:

  • Remedial massage
  • Pregnancy massage
  • Trigger points
  • Myofascial release
